These terms apply when you use 180estatesales.com (the "site") or create an account. The site is run by 180 Estate Sales, Carson City, Nevada ("we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- Give us a real email address that you control, and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at 180estatesales@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.
- One person per account. Don't create accounts for other people or with false details.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or tries to interfere with the site.
Sales, listings and prices
Sale dates, hours, descriptions, photos and prices on the site are provided for information and can change, sometimes at the last minute. Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty unless we say otherwise in writing. Items aren't held or reserved unless we agree to it. Saving a sale to your account doesn't reserve anything. Photos on our category pages are stock photos that show the kinds of items we sell, not specific items for sale.
Online auctions
When we open online auctions, they will run on a separate auction platform with its own bidder registration and terms, which will apply to bidding and buying there.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it in bulk, get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The site's text, logo and our own photos belong to 180 Estate Sales. Stock photos are used under their licenses. You may share links to our pages and sales.
Limits of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we'll post it here with a new date and, for account holders, may let you know by email. Nevada law governs these terms.
