Walkthrough and plan. We come out, look at what's there, and talk about your timeline.
Sorting, setup and staging. We go through the house, garage, and outbuildings and set everything up so it shops well.
Pricing. Every item gets priced based on what it's actually selling for.
Marketing. We list the sale online and send it to our early-access email list of local buyers.
Running the sale. Our crew handles the crowd, sales, and checkout.
Vehicles. Cars, trucks, trailers, and other vehicles can be sold as part of the sale.
Haul-away included. Anything that doesn't sell gets cleared out by our sister company, Dunk The Junk.
Cleaning (optional). If you want the house cleaned afterward, just ask.

Do you really come out to Lake Tahoe?

Yes. We're based in Carson City and travel anywhere within about 3 hours. Lake Tahoe is about 40 minutes to an hour, depending on the shore.

What happens to the stuff that doesn't sell?

Haul-away of leftovers is included. Our sister company Dunk The Junk clears it out so the house is ready for whatever comes next.

How soon can you hold a sale?

It depends on the size of the house and our calendar. Setup takes at least three days, and most sales run two to three days. Call us and we'll find dates that work for you.

How much does it cost?

Our fee is simple: a percentage of total sales or a flat rate, whichever is greater. For sales more than an hour from Carson City, a travel charge is added to the minimum fee. We'll walk you through it all during your free consultation. See what an estate sale costs.

Is my house big enough for an estate sale?

Not every home needs a full estate sale. If there isn't quite enough for a sale, our sister company, Dunk The Junk, can handle the cleanout for you.
