What you can count on
- One call. We sell the contents, haul away the leftovers (included, through our sister company Dunk The Junk), and arrange optional cleaning.
- Out-of-state clients. We can do walkthroughs by video, work from a lockbox, and keep your client updated.
- Getting paid. Your client is paid by cashier's check or wire transfer.
- Insured. 180 Estate Sales is insured.
- Vehicles. Cars, trucks, and trailers can be sold as part of the sale.
- Plain talk. If a house isn't a good fit for a sale, we'll tell you and suggest what to do instead.
